yap there is a gym at somerset gateawy. i been there once. if i am not mistaken u have to pay for 1 month n become a member 4 1 month. after 1 month if u dont want to renew that its. the place ok near to the swimming pool. i heard my fren say there is a gym at chonglin plaza also. daily paid. but i never been there. i always go to crown tower. RM5 per hour. the place just ok. a bit small

lol no offence bro.

the owners my friend and yea were talking about adding more equipments etc to the gym and everyones also telling me the dumbells are not heavy enough.

max dumbells are 60 lbs,im sure u can row more than 60lbs right?
so how?use 2 at once?
