I agree some of the places may flooded when heavy rain. Especially now on global warming, unpredictable weather.
Seem more and more estate is build up but the housing price also shooting up. Like many other people said, Kuching people are rich guys.. lol.

no. our malaysian property market doesn't go down unlike other country. instead it goes up still.

there is 1 semi D house at taman landeh juz nearby 10th mile is for sale..new house but still no body in..price is only RM320k..land area approximate 10points..can cntact the developer at fravia_82@yahoo.com
