How do I help wild animals on the loose? |

This morning at Tabuan Jaya's basketball court housing area, a new born puppy was bullied badly by four big dogs. It's so sad to see the poor thing bleeding after it got saved by few adults. A bad guess but I do think it left the world by now :(
I really feel useless as there's nothing I can do other than shoving those dogs away! I have no idea how to treat the puppy as well..Who should I turn to next time if this happens again?

find a stick,rush to the scene and beat the pack of stray dogs that might help - at your own risk ,of coz
