Someone bought a land some 40 years ago in Kuching.
Now the land is sold close to RM 5 million. This is true story. Anyone has similiar story?

It is possible. I got a friend who bought a piece of land (5 acres) at Samarahan way back in 2006 for RM2k per acre. Last year some developer bought it over. In return he got 3 shoplots and cash. Land appreciation is on a high nowadays. try looking for a land in ulu ulu areas.
