let me start first ....

one stall that sell drink for RM 2.00 per cup - damn ... transparent cup and size is small ... drink is so diluted with ice ....

most dish eg beehon, mee goreng fetch at RM4.00 per plate .... last year, only RM3.50 with more side content eg onion, gravvy ...

taiwan sausage remains RM2.00 per stick .. ball not getting any bigger or smaller ... reasonable at least ....

osyter pancake mostly sold at RM10 ... no more choice such as RM 6 or RM 8 like last year ...

booth outside building is getting less .. not as many as previous year ...

gladly receive any good comment and bad food review

I was there last night and quite disappointed. Not that the food isn't good - it is! - but the fair doesn't reflect the local cuisine at all. There is only one or two stands with aboriginal food, no Indian stalls, and no Malay food either. It's all either Chinese, or watered-down versions of Thai or Japanese food.

Please correct me if I'm wrong - I'll b back there in a jiffy!

I did like the local "Taiwan sausages", though - they're completely different from the real thing - much less fatty, and not as sugar-laden, either.

Peter, it's at MBKS Hall. This is a celebration of Kuching gaining city status.

Disk, I thought this time they introduce halal stalls.

Since Kuching have so least events going on, Kuching Feast's just another annual event to hang out~

Can't except too much or you'll end up disappointed!!!

p/s: went there on the first opening day and will be going more, more, more often not because of the food but the people you spend time with! *wink-ed

I forget. Not much, though. But be careful when you bite into them: they're filled with soft durian cream, which in my case unloaded itself in its entirety onto my black T-shirt....much to the enjoyment of about six million Kuchingites witnessing the disaster
