( Which is unavoidable ) Government's project normal over price to make sure the main con have enough profit. That why normal ppl hard to get the project. I think we can compare our Kuching terminal with the Putrajaya western transport terminal, which are both of roughly same scale (Putra one has landasan for ERL, but no shoppings). Agreed, it suit local contact. It is a project we badly needed. There is nothing like KL sentral (KL sentral is not perfect either ). It just a bus and taxi terminal, nothing fancy.
