if there are bluetooth icon at your lappy taskbar:-

1. Right click.
2. Quick connect==>bluetooth serial port
3. Find the device and pair it.
4. Done with it? Go to number 5.
5. Right click at bluetooth icon at your taskbar again.
6. Quick connect==> network access
7. Find the device and pair it.
8. Voila! You're done.

Still cannot la... when i click on the bluetooth icon, the option i saw were only the ole like shown in the picture....

hahaha...no wonder. my instruction for people who use XP. yours one vista.
okay, first pair up your lappy with your handphone "add a bluetooth device"
make sure all the option for the bluetooth support you tick all of it.
then " "join personal area network".....pair it again.
i think...

the think about vistas bluetooth is that they will put "hidden" for their own device; in this case your lappy.
first, put the setting as "discover" and maybe by using yr pc to pair it up.
