40 percent of shops are allocated for food and beverage outlets.The local and international F&B outlets will be operating from morning to midnight to make it a happening place with nightlife. So i think the main attraction of the mall is F&B, not toy store.

Toys 'R' Us is good, I think my kids will be so eager to visit Kuching once they know there is a big toy store there. Hey, Me and my wife might even be able to leave them in there for a few hours and enjoy ourselves.

More international F&B outlets is also good, more variety more choices...

Time bookshop not open yet, its their Book Fair now.
I was there last night. Old Town White Coffee is opening there 100% confirm.
And I heard the crew said the Mall is open to the Public on 11 December if Im not mistaken.
