Ya the wall paper is inside.. at the plc where u change your wallpaper all the time....
 Eh i cant go in to safemode can u?  I just know it today. Anything wrong after install or uninstall click this link is may help u...

i haven try going into safe mode yet eh.
eh how come your taskbar is black color 1. mine still remain as xp taskbar eh. where to change it ar?
