Am I in the correct section of the forum? I couldn't upload any avatar, ..'returned error results' bla bla bla '....MIME not supported: image/jpeg' etc
What is going wrong? ed

the size limit is 120x120
and not to exceed 30kb for avatar and jpg/jpeg or gif only.

yes, all sizes are met, but still error uploading image. could it be the for now only? perhaps I might want to try them some other time. thanks mate

bmp is not allowed.
only jpegs or gif.

send the pic to my email.
i'll see whats wrong with it. or you can try to grab any small size pic from the internet and try uploading them just to test it out.

can I link them from somewhere else? There is only one option that i can see, which is upload them to catscity.com server.
it is nothing great of a picture, it's alright, not that important anyway. thanks for your help, I can do without them.

the main reason i didn't want hyperlinking or leeching images outside this site is because they all never get to last very long.
so i maintained this site to look as clean as possible. all images are uploaded into the server so i can maintain them. as you can see on very old post... there are some broken link images. just showing up [x]. This is same goes to avatar.  sorry for the inconvenience.
