How to set the Windows Auto Restore when restart.

Anybody knows how to set the windows restore to a specific point after you restart it? I see this in school, any data that save in C drive will gone once u restart.

u need to have a a recovery card.
they use it in cyber cafes and schools.

i c... so, is the Instant Recovery card expensive? Approximately how much? Which slot should this card being plug into?
