There should be no Mercy to sexual offenders, no matter what age! I find it really disturbing that everyday in the Newspapers here, there is at least 1 or 2 articles about someone being raped or molested.
Its so frequent.... In NZ its not that common. Maybe get one article every few days only.

I an guarantee you, every week, there would be at least 1 rape case everyday reported in national papers.

yeah, I said 1 everyday day. Most of the them are old uneducated father, who rapes young girls, some even their own daughter. sick

i doubt that it has anything to do with education in academic sense. must have some screw loose up in the manbrane. some obsession or compulsion... Id say it happens everywhere... but Id think it happens more in a 3rd world country, as many of them are either not reported or they are killed
