I don't think it is Newt nor a D1ck fish lol...If i am nor mistaken these are young salamanders. Young salamanders have these gills that are visible. I don;t know the species for this one though.

LOL edgar what a name to give these guys D1ck fish but don't resemble it though. Btw where are these photos taken?

It was taken on the petshop, and the name of the creature is 'Axolotls', that's what written on the screen.

Sorry, but it does look like a D1ck to me :p
