Unlucky as in killed by his best friend on earth, hmph.

If he had been killed in an accident, it would be a tragic, but to be killed by these creatures is something anyone would expect last.

yea.. i think its somehow fitting that he died doing what he loves.. nature. rather than being in a car accident or something. then that would be kinda tragic... not to say that his death was not traggic but in a strange way.. I think we all kind of expected it as he has had already so many brushes with death all these year... especially with the crocs.

yea, better to ahve death by what you love, rather than death by other means!. stingray punctured his lungs, and i think he died on the spot. sad really.

The national television (in Australia) here will show a one hour documentary of Steve tomorrow night.

He owned his own Zoo in Queensland, and his daughter is always the star of the crowd, talk like the dad, behave like the dad, has the passion of the dad, but too bad they cannot spend more time together.

The baby boy is even younger

He must have known it to be coming, with his dangerous lifestyle. I've heard some ppl say that he's actually quite idiotic to be risking his life knowing that he has two young children. Now his children won't ever really get to know their father.

Maybe it was his mistake to get married and have children in the first place. The first thing he loves in life, is still animals.

nah, his decision to get married and have a family isnt wrong, how could you say that. its just his own fault that he still want to do what he does even after marriage and kids. he had it coming, he also did say that if he were to die, might as well be filmed doing it. or was that a quote from this thread? anyways, rest in peace stevie!
