RM80 Million Mall Planned For Kuching
Boulevard Kuching slated for completion by October 2007

MIRI The Boulevard Group of Companies will build a new landmark in Kuching City - The Boulevard Shopping Complex Kuching.

The new shopping complex scheduled for completion by OCtober 2007, will be one of the largest shopping mall in the State.

It is located along Jalan Datuk Tawi Sli in the 4th Mile area.
Covering an area of 400,000 square feet, Boulevard Shopping Complex Kuching will be a five storey high and accomodates 88 stores including two storeys of basement car parking area.

Morever, it will be convenient for residents to shop there due to ites proximity to housing estates like Everbright Park, Hua Joo Park, Taman Berjaya, Taman Seng Goon and Hui Sing Garden.

Once completed, Boulevard Hypermarket and Department Store will be the anchor tenant occupying over 180,000 square feet of the building.

Boulevard Group of Companies also plans to build a hotel near the shopping complex to be named Imperial Hotel.

The whole shopping complex project is envisaged to cost approximately RM80 million and scheduled to be completed by end of 2007

What's the Boulevard Hypermarket and Departmental store like? Issit like Everise and NgiuKee?

Boulevard is part of the ShinYang group. They already have a huge hypermart and shopping complex in miri. (everyone who been to miri must know). more or less like nguikee.

The Spring is going to have Parkson as anchor.

There is one more shopping complex at Bukit Mata (next to Hilton). Anyone know when is it going to be completed? Just know that it is going to be the Novotel hotel cum shopping complex.

Where is carrefour, tesco, jusco???? when are they coming here?? or is it some political forces not allowing them to set up shop here? or mabe kuching population not enough???

All the Malls rush to be opened by 2007, even the flyover at airport also 2007.

88 shops vs 150 or more shops wakakaka which one do u prefer to go to?
