Public blamed for snatch thefts
THE public is partly to be blamed for snatch thefts, said Deputy Internal Security Minister Datuk Mohd Johari Baharum. He said snatch thefts usually occurred when the victims were careless with their property. “Such an attitude gives snatch thieves the opportunity to strike,” he said when replying to a question from Senator Siw Chun Eam. Earlier, while replying to a question from Senator Datuk Rizuan Abd Hamid on snatch thefts, Mohamad Johari also placed the blame on women. “Sometimes, women like to carry expensive handbags and wear clothes that invite trouble,” he said. Meanwhile, Finance Ministry parliamentary secretary Datuk Dr Hilmi Yahya told the Dewan Negara that the Government had spent RM8bil on oil subsidies this year. He said that although oil prices had dropped to US$60 (RM213) per barrel, the Government still spent a lot to subsidise petroleum-based products. “Besides that, the Government also has to give RM8bil in tax exemption, which made the total oil subsidies RM16bil this year,” he said. You all poor Malaysian citizens, you all get blamed for everything. Every single little thing even to your dressing, when you wear a work skirt even.
Now that if you got robbed, you will be blamed at the same time. The government is too lazy to even bother about reducing crime rates, but instead, sit on their biz mofo lazy chair, collecting all your money and blaming you for giving them more trouble and more work to do. The Malaysian government is probably one of the worst government in the whole entire world. Which government in the world (other than the terrorist government) would not care about the safety of their citizens? Which government in the world would blame their own people for robbery, instead, should have tried to reduce as much crime as possible, not pointing and blaming the victims. Seriously, I had enough of the Malaysian government and their retarded brainless hairyarse ministers who says anything they like without even a second thought. Worse, published on National papers and appearing in international viewing. Idiots.

i blame it more to the economy for producing so many desperadoes and also the way the citizens are "brought" up. in U.S,a lot of residential areas are still without fences and break-in are not rampant.the country's economy powerful and the pple's attitude comes into play too.we are a growing country and becos the economy is not treated or handled with great diligent, it will churn out a lot of problems .
