Careful. Putera UMNO is a wing of a political party, and its chief is not part of elected government.

I don't need to be careful, it doesn't matter what title he is carrying. Anything that came out from them, is a decision made by a 5-y-o, nuff' said.

We can't increase the license for motorbikes, because they are still a lot of families not-so-well-off yet to own a car. That's the problem, which is why the government recently lower the registration cost for motorbikes but people is abusing their benefits and taking advantage of it to do crimes!

It is a bad idea because who is to say someone is really a thief?

They could gang up on someone, drag them to the police station and claim "He snatched this guy's bag" (which the guy, being best buddies, will confirm).

If you're the one falsely accused, how would you feel - and what could you do?

I can never imagined if motorbikes are banned in our cities...I'm sure there's goin to be an economic chaos.

My family also using kapchai during my school days..back then,we cant afford to buy a car...I bet many of u guys here experienced the same situation right?

To prevent such crime or snatch theif,we must take care of ourselves..we can prevent it from happening..beware of our environment, carry our bags away from the road,be alert of the surrounding...

oh yes,btw,edgar ,it is definitely a 5yo decision..nuff said..
