In terms of locality, Spring's good for town folks, can simply park kenyalang & walk there. boulevard will get very congested during the weekends special thanks suateng people who come down to enjoy the aircond.
but i would prefer to go the Spring la, like why people choose to go 1-utama & curve instead of bukit bintang during weekends.

& don't forget all those obnoxiously priced shophouses. hope when those big malls are erected, those shophouses will not fully occupied & shpse-bubble burst la. not that i'm going to buy one but rather to see a lesson in over building & over-pricing will affect those money grabbing developers. . .

The Imperial Hotel at Boulevard I think will be used by MAS to accomodate their staff or passengers who hav their flights rescheduled ..... one more thing that this mall can take advantage of is by promoting itself at the KIA in order to pull the "transit passengers market". But unfortunately, we do not hav that much transit passengers in kch ;p :p

totally agree, if kuchingite satisfied they supermarket, they will not spend money to fly kl.
but they must have the latest stuff to hold us from fly just for shopping...

i tot the springs rental is like super expensive... cos they wanna do high ended market stuff only... wonder how many local companies able to rent em. well all this speculation is useless.. lets all wait n see

variation..., i think thats the better word to describe each of this three big mall in kuching..like in kl also or elsewhere,berjaya is different from the curve,bukit bintang different from sogo..
variation that will make all this pl;aces interestinglah..like boulevard in miri,the place is big and people like to go there not only for shopping but other things alsolah..many activities...
