Went there for lunch today. It's basically a fast-food setup not that different to SugarBun. First thing I noticed was the old-school mic ordering system (brought back sweet memories for me). Interior deco was nice. There's a tiny play area for kids enroute to the washroom and indications that there will be free internet access for patrons in the near future.

The broasted chicken was still unavailable. We ordered the Black Pepper Cow Burger Meal and a Junior Hot Dog + Coke, total bill came out less than RM10.

Service was terrible, we waited close to 20 minutes before our food came out. The hot dog was slightly cold while the burger pattie was just ok. What irked me was the low quality buns they used. Seriously, you get better quality buns from any of the burger stalls around town.

Overall, in spite of the reasonable pricing, I won't recommend the food here, at least not the items we ordered anyway.

ahha pathetic services. don't worry. all newly open food business are most likely to turn out that way. that even apply to franchise business like secret recipe.

Yes, was trying to be understanding but really, 20 mins is unacceptable. That said, even if there was no delay in the service, the food hardly does any justice to the nice setup. Maybe the other items on their menu is better lah.

I realized that few days ago when i passed by Eastmore. I wonder why its spelled that way.

thanks for the pictures, dckw

i don think i wanna go there for a snack after i saw that picture despite the attractive price. btw, the recipe burger patties are claimed to be from the US..
