see see... then it makes you feel like, if you did not take it home from the shop the f3kr would still be alive (not to mention the money spent).

i recommend plastic la & those lasap looking white gravel (pure white is difficult to maintain). if you put big wood, be prepare that the goldfish will kay-kiang explore here & there later get caught between the wood & die like suffocate.
real plants a lot of maintenance, need to bury some carbon in the gravel, ammonia level, acidity Uv or yellow light, etc (not as simple as thought)... & the fish just always mess up your plants. if you get snails ... hohoho... bye bye lo, your aquarium finished egg...

hmm.. how about vacuum fish? the one "jiak sai" one? will it help in anyway? or maybe i change to black gravel?

haha i'll make sure my decorations are ergonomic in anyway.

eh eh snails would be cool also hor. i didn't see any of them selling it here.

there are many types of "jiak sai" fish now. you could take your pick (also most are short life, so you could change fish every 6 months, keke). black gravel... i tried last time, finally baytahan, throw away (not cheap also), the black gravel makes the aquarium looks "black" & the fish looks low morale. Snails are, horrid, they multiply faster than mice... and cannot get rid one they lay eggs in secret place (like in the movie alien), finally need to clear out aquarium, throw away all the plants & dry up the aquarium for 2 weeks to let them die off.

last time when I kept some goldfish I tried to deco my tank with real water plants and ended up they ruin everything! My plants all become botak!

Yeah the one in Green Heights is quite cool they sell colourful shrimps too! haha!

But these days I don't have time to keep fish anymore... need a smaller tank so I can concentrate on it more.... big tanks are such a hassel...

reminds me ... once I had this fat goldfish... and I bought another small black goldfish to add into the tank... that big buffon ate the lil guy! I had to make it spit the poor lil tyke out!
