3rd and 4th mile developed well... but crime is rising... what's the point? unequal development.. material development & social development

well, a big project like a waterfront should look into the population to that area. as for kuching, one lkuching waterfront should be enuf to accomodate the whole population and on the same time attract tourist...tat will be different from road and other infrastructure dev in 3rd mile and 7th mile as it was a neccesity..
