this area more like a red-light district to me - especially in the evening.better you rent somewhere centralize like 3rd mile Central park areas.

True, if i were parents, i don think i'll send my kids to go there tuition lo..

that place not advisable for tuition center, all massage parlour and low population density at that area. unconvenient for parents to send and pick they children.

in fact,i got a friend who bought a shoplot there.he stays at the upper floor.in the beginning was alright,then as time goes by,so many of those reflexology centres mushrooming - some or quite a numbers ain't bona fide health centres,you know.he told me he regreted buying that place.

must do survey lah. if u have good marketing strategy, the customers will come.

it is not open shop and wait for customers to come or advertise in newspapers only which is what many people are doing, this is the old conventional way of doing biz.

there are MANY creative ways to market your services. got to think out of the box.
