"Although the contract period for the project is 12 months, Global Upline said it would endeavour to complete work in shortest time possible and to minimise any obstruction during the construction period."
"Global Upline advisor Tan Sri Ting Pek Khing said the project will take six to eight months to complete."
Hope they start next january and complete in August, still within the contract period.

Slowly, inch by inch; expand the road first, help funnel traffic away from the construction site, and when that's done, then most probably they'll start with the flyover.
