recently i attended a seminar on patent rights at Pullman and i noticed that this place really got the potential if an anchor tenant like Carrefor or Giant or just any big name in supermarket retailing dares to open a joint there.

yup, I heard they will have registrar of marriage (ROM) services available at their outlet. Dont know exactly how that works, but that was what I heard.
