Ah..gym is a good place to socialize. Yet I am not really a big fan of gym. Last time, I am very interested. For now, I am no longer interested. Yes I admit it is a good place to build muscular body for wooing babes. However, the exercises in the gym doesn't help you to build functional strength. Most of the exercises is done by doing muscle isolation exercises. By the time you attain bulk muscle, you will lose flexibility. Deteriorating flexibility will reduce the full range of motion of the joints, therefore can lead to injuries. There are exercise better like yoga, qi gong, using kettlebells and so on. The best exercise is exercise which allows you to use your whole body as a whole.
