there are alot in Kuching. just that you need to try a few to know your own preference.

its based on individual.

like Borneo reflexology, some ppl say its too hard for them. some like it.

Have you been living on the moon? This is not good old 1990s. Any day you blindfold yourself and walk 3 miles, you would see a reflexology outlet. Try? Don't listen to anyone who tells you to try. You don't know what you are getting into. You need to check weather. Bring ammunition. Raincoat and umbrella (in case it rains). Antibacterial antivirus ointment or patch (its a jungle out there). You have got to be ready to invade Poland. Be physically well before you go. You might end up badly sore at the end of the day. Be mentally tough. The masseuse is expert in hypnosis. If you have doubt, don't ever visit any reflexology centre.

写玩玩. Don't get serious.

But if your body does feel pain, I advise you visit Chinese doctor and get acupuncture. Body massage is for fun, not for health.

still don't get you.

body massage is one of the traditional healing method against aching or sore. it does help me to relieve my muscle after a long day of physical work or jungle trekking.

how is body massage is for fun and not for health?

body massage is mainly for health . if you go massage just for the fun,then...may be its up to each individual's "target".may be some pple just loves to be pampered or may be...some pple just loves the ticklish sensation while been massaged. during the process of massaging, the body's blood flow really is working at a better pace .
