Mmmm...Kuching's siew pau and siow bee is just so good, hard to replicate elsewhere. Don't make me take a plane just to have supper!

I went to Miri, and saw a stall hanging a sign proudly that says "KUCHING SIOBEE"

Also same price. I ask the tauke, really kuching one ah? from where? he said "open air market". ahah

i don eat the white2 pau lo... i saw from somewher, they use the HEINEKEN box to carry pau from the sales to the shop... ur pau... in HEINEKEN boxes....
