4GHZ to run Windows Longhorn? Nah..cannot be. There isn't a 4GHZ Pentium right now. Even though they may have it once Longhorn is released, this would mean Longhorn is geared only towards hi-end users and not the mainstream.
As for 6GHZ to run PS2, are you sure? I'm a bit skeptical about that. Yeah, even though we have 3+GHZ and still cannot run PS2 emulator, I don't think it requires that much. A PS2's specs are actually lower than a hi-end computer.
