lone ranger = living alone .. a bachelor ... own business but less than RM 2000/month ... can qualify for it ??

its stated in the form 'bujang dengan tanggungan' which means a single person who supports someone else, say e.g. : adopted child (i'm not sure if siblings are considered as tanggungan). just try it, maybe you'll get but just dont lie about the details because you can get jailed.
