howdy there you shoppers,aren't you excited got one more departmental store to lepak2 just after you lepak2 at The Spring and the nicest,modern overhead bridge to walk across.

I heard the ST3 will open to public Oct 2012 and the Supermarket owner is from Singapore if I not mistaken.Cheers!

You mean Cold Storage? That's good.
I hope after a few months , ST3 wouldn't be like One Jaya .. all quiet & neglected. No activities being organised. Let's keep our fingers crossed. I think the best mall so far has been Boulevard. During weekend, so many activities being organised especailly with the opening of Phase 2 and the supermarket is doing very good business I heard.

This ST3 Mall will be good due to it have the 4 star service apartment on the 4th floor onward plus with the swimming pool too.Some more when opening all the shops will be open the same time too.

Kuching going to have so many shopping mall....i doubt the businesses going to flourish - not enough customers from Kuching lah ...same old story

Latest news:- The ST3 Shopping Mall and Service Apartment Hotel plan to have the Soft Opening 3rd Nov 2012.The anchor department store is Smart if I not mistaken. May you all have the “Happy Shopping” and "Lepak" throughout the years. The big celebrity will be holding on that date. Hope all see this info will visit the Mall and Service Apartment Hotel.

A plus point is ST3's close proximity to The Spring coupled with the overhead pedestrian bridge will have more accessibilty & hopefully attract more customers.
