When there are moe malls, people do window shopping and try things out. Sooner, you will find online shopping is much cheaper and maybe 20% cheaper than retail store and the product is delivered straight to your door from interstate or oversea. What will happen to those shops in the shopping mall? Just for people to try things out before order online? Sooner they will close shop one by one.

that is why i kesian them loh ... especially those who buka for the sake of earning and surviving .... sometimes developer say wow the place/area is high end place loh ..this loh that loh ... 'duit masuk poket dulu' .... haha
if those aunty aunty or little sister 'eng eng' one at home, nothing to do, buka shop to spend time ,, that is still ok ..at least can hire few more staff ..at least got employment for kuching people .... anyway, renovation people also earn a lot ..renovate the shop lot ... 'duit masuk poket dulu' after renovation, got sales or not is owner/shopkeeper punya hal loh ... but anywhere, no doubt, more shopping mall, more variety ....
