how to treat piles ?? help ..... any western and traditional remedy ?? ... very much appreciated ...

Have you heard of Preparation H ? That is a good western USA medicine. Or just go to a chinese archiputure doctor and ask him to pok out the piles lah. But you must eat food high in fiber! I now only eat brown rice. Soak it in water for few hours inside the refigeration. Dont soak outside unless you want to make chinese rice wine! hahahaha If piles come out then difficult. If doctor cut, then its not good. Because next time you never close your hole after pang sai lah. So you better get it right!

preparation H ... search in wikipedia .. nice medication ...
anyway , currently using steroid ointment ... and exercise .. and oat fibre acupuncture ?? ee .. needle ? got sterilised or not ?? later haemorrhoids disease become hepatitis B,C and HIV ... nosocomial infection comes from both chinese and western intervention procedure ...

I dont have any haemorrhoids problem anymore.
I eat alot of fibre everyday. Now tahi feels great like it should be.
