I'm agree with you that H2O doesn't do well recently.

During the first time I tried the food, it wasn't that bad and the drink was quite thickening (especially Soya Bean, Sugar Cane etc.). Usually every alternate weekend I would have dinner or lunch at H20, neither with my family nor friends.

However, slowly I noticed that the quality began to diminish.

So guys, how's the food or drink now? I haven't been there for years.

Honestly I quite love Tao. However, is not what I've expected since I been there and tried their delicacies.

As for my opinion, it supposed to be a tea drinking cafe, served with dessert, cakes or traditional homemade biscuits and cakes. Reason being is, the concept of the design, Zen. Once you mention about Zen, people would just think of a nice cozy cafe, with sentimental setting, Buddha statues, plants, candles, fresh flowers/plants, harmony music and so forth. A place to calm our mind, having a light-chat, enjoy the comfy ambience with exotic decoration fusing the Balinese and Zen arts.

My friend has the samre perception just like what I've mentioned here. Perhaps they can reposition, if possible, in order to revitalize the new business in Kuching.

For those who are interested to setup a business, sort of like cafe, you may take this into consideration.
