Do you realise there are increasing amount of potholes in Kuching roads?
Also sinking of the road around city area. What is going on?

potholes are created to breed more tadpoles.
 due to recent construction around the city. lorries, tractors ignorantly move about causing damage to the roads. its getting worse and worse day by day.

Its also due to rain.
Then the process of compacting of the road was not done properly as it should have been in many areas. Cut cost. then can come back and do again, earn again. ^__^ cehck out green road... never ending road repairs 4 weeks a month 12 months a year!

Kuching is our state capital. I mean if the road condition is poorly maintained, what will the tourist say when the see this?
I lost 1 tyre due to deep pothole. This is crazy.

Slow. 30km/h is that slow enuf?
I found out how things work in Kuching. Only if some VIP passes thru the road, and only if he speaks. Only then the road will be repaired. Strange but it's true.

VIP, I won't name him, but his house is at Tabuan Jaya.
The sinking road near a bridge was fixed in less than 1 month, he use the road very often.
