I know there's a place at Tebakang, the Ketutu really really fresh.

Fish, 'Soon Hock' (more or less spell like this).
I only got the pic after it's cooked. Hehe...

The Ketutu looks like something you keep in an aquarium, not really a delicacy. Pardon my ignorance some more, but where is Tebekang? And what does this fish taste like?

If i am not mistaken, Tebakang is about 250 miles from the city area. nearby to the Indon borders I think.

Ya, it's somewhere near Serian. Besides Soon Hock, their Big Tiger Prawns very delicious too. Yummy... But would like to know if there's any place in Kuching area serve good Soon Hock too.
