Guys! Guess what?
I passed by Jalan Song today and I saw a banner at Precinct88 building there. Its the 3rd Starbucks outlet opening there!!!!!!!! Gosh thats a very good news and very good location too because it close to my house! Bravo Starbucks! You guys doing well I can see that! Will take some picture to post here tomorow.

Good news for Kuching but don't be fooled into thinking that Starbucks is doing well as a whole.
Eight years after it began selling its espressos and frappucinos in Australia, the US giant has succumbed to powerful financial and cultural pressures and has closed 61 of its 85 shops across the country. In July, Starbucks saw its first quarterly net loss in more than 15 years - blaming costs linked to closing about 600 of its underperforming stores. The Seattle-based firm lost $6.7m in the three months to 29 June, compared with a $158.3m profit a year earlier. Starbucks also said it would close more stores than it would open next year. It has been struggling in the US as consumers have cut back their spending on expensive coffee. Rising dairy prices have also raised costs.

Wow, Starbucks is not doing so well worldwide, closing chains of outlets and yet it's expanding in Kuching. nice!

I like coffee bean @ green height. Nice ambience. Having promotion 4 this month. Pay small get regular.evening is nice as can view sunset
Starbuck seem like doing well @ spring. Always got customers tho not as many as KL
