I like the structure, it it was only just a little taller, it would add more definition to that postcard scene.
Any more details on the project? It would be nice to know who the developer is, the time frame and specs of this glass-and-steel building.

First impression: Ya why can't it be taller?
 then I thought, maybe they will curi-curi add in one or 2 storeys later. Anyway, as long as there's something new... to look forward to, not look backwards... other impressions: Looks like a hobbit, I don't know why.
