Anyone know what is a good way to promote and sell properties in Malaysia?

Back in the old days, your parent would say got "kang tau" and use the middle man and word of mouth.

Do a for sell ad on New Strait Times? Sarawak tribune?

yep bro...website can help but slow..i myself is broker but not so call license agent..it's just i can sniff and hear where people want to sell their property..)land/house) so we try looking buyer for them..or vice versa..sure got one...but take time lah..using Internet to promote it in Sarawak..so slow lah..

I thought the old generation already died.

New generation is all iphone and HTC phone and internet as form of communcation.

have you tried out mudah? I have a habit of browsing it quite often just to see what's on the market. Seems to have a fair bit of regular postings.
