My fren asked about the S.Ling Yoga in Hui Sing, each class cost about RM8 if im not mistaken. Virce, i think u better go consult them urelf, im afraid tht i will mislead u.. hehehe

Besides that, there's House of Yoga at Simpang Tiga, behind Swinburne, near RHB bank there.

According to my fren, the house of yoga is more "highclass and high $" compare to the one in Hui Sing loh.

u're welcome virce =) my fren was trying to take up yoga classes to loss weight, but she gave up coz she said yoga is too slow..the actions and stuffs are just too slow, she cant stand it..lols

if not mistaken yoga can help lose weight. but there's type of yoga you need to do to achieve that, not just any yoga positions. I don't know what it's called.
