I'll like to request info on places that offer yoga. Also, tell me how much is the fee every month, how frequent are the classes, and if you went there, how was it. Thanks.

*LOL* at this moment, I envy you. You're in KL, where there are LOTS of yoga classes!

I saw the hui sing one already but haven't gone in yet. is that the only one?

My fren asked about the S.Ling Yoga in Hui Sing, each class cost about RM8 if im not mistaken. Virce, i think u better go consult them urelf, im afraid tht i will mislead u.. hehehe

Besides that, there's House of Yoga at Simpang Tiga, behind Swinburne, near RHB bank there.

According to my fren, the house of yoga is more "highclass and high $" compare to the one in Hui Sing loh.

if not mistaken yoga can help lose weight. but there's type of yoga you need to do to achieve that, not just any yoga positions. I don't know what it's called.

Haha... here's one for your friend, very quick paced one... kickboxing.
