Okay this one hasn't really open for business yet~ A restaurant that emphasizes "Broaster Chicken" (same as "broasted chicken", the Sugarbun chickens), which applies pressure cooking + deep fried cooking in preparing their chicken.

Pic 1: Restaurant look. This restaurant is situated at Eastmoore, 2.5 miles.

Pic 2: The notice, saying that the restaurant is opening "soon"

Pic 3: The hi-light wall inside~

Ah, anticipating

nope its not any chain store, its just a name Chicago 7 and according to them the "recipe is from the US". According to my friend who went to the job interview and declined the job. If i'm not mistaken, they pay rm2 per hour for those working there.

And I've just remembered something... NO WONDER the tagline sounds familiar "An American Tradition since 1954". Check this out: http://www.broaster.com That's a well-known fast food in the States known as Broaster Chicken. We have quite a few outlets in California.

Is Chicago 7 serving genuine broaster chicken like the original? Or just plain copycat? If you check their store locator, they don't have any overseas operations.

HMMM.. When do they open??

Wow..I don't even remember seeing any restaurant like that at Eastmoore..

Need to pry my eyes open bigger next time.

Looks okay, will definitely head there to try it out once it opens. If its within budget, of course.

I think Chicago 7 is not a chain, but just using broaster way of preparing the chix.

Refer this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broaster
