Hi, currently i am back to kuching and notice that the housing development still growing big.

I have a thinking to get a house in Kuching, maybe for my retirement. But i got no idea where can i contact the developer and what is the current house price in kuching now.

I am looking for an area from 7 to 13 miles Kuching-Serian Road.

for those newly built housing area, sure you can find a sign board which stated who is the developer and the contact number. Try to drive around and have a look.

Not long ago, presumably last week there was an exhibition in Bukit Mata Kucing, you just missed it.

Search from local newspaper, find from the adds. Current situation, overall population is facing about 10~ 20% income reduction. I think you should be able to find a house at the location you want. If it's too expensive, hold back from buying yet. you maybe able to get nearer to city center also. The developer overbuild, they maybe able to give you discount up front.

price 4 this area r higher compere with d other like Petra Jaya n Matang. try to look properties along 9 1/2 mile its nice and do not to worried about security well done to police petrol n d residence also MPP good job ....ideal for living. Residence mostly Chinese, Bidayuh and Iban etc....

As i am currently still working in Spore and only will be back to hometown every two months once, so most probably i will lost the chance for exhibition or updated news from the developer when launch the house.

Anyone here know if there is any website for us to search through and can contact the developer?

there's lot....may try Tmn Indah Ria, Greenwood, etc..or if u know where Open University Campus located there u can find a lot of housing estate with different name but in park one location.......

mile 7 to 13, still consider cheap rather than petra jaya n security wise... hard to describe. matang still cheap, but always flooded when hujan n not that save.

there some spot that near riverbank like next to sg tapang n after RPR 12 mile...but along 9 1/2 there u can found semi D house also there r new housing estate at 10th mile next to semenggok wildlife but if u choose to stay along with bidayuh villager along jln Quap is ok with new housing estate......
